Cydia app that allows the 3G feature on ipad?

Is there a cydia app that will allow me to use the 3G feature onmy ipad rather than WiFi without having a contact?

First off, do you have an ipad capable of mobile data? In other words, did you buy a WiFi+3G version of the ipad, or did you just buy a WiFi version?

I'm not sure you're asking what you mean to ask.

If you're looking for an app that can make a 3G connection, those don't exist. You're connecting to a 3G network. That's not what jailbreaking does.
