I.O.S. 7.0.2 Calculators won't open on Ipad

The calculator on my Ipad went missing after updating to 7.0.2 so I downloaded another calculator. It shows up as purchased in my Aps setting but won't open and there is no icon. I tried downloading three other calculators and none of them will open. All of my other apps do open. So is this an Apple problem or is it me? how do I fix it?

The following native apps are NOT included on the iPad:

Weather
Stocks
Compass
Passbook
Calculator

however, any 3rd-party calculator apps designed for the iPad should be accessible and viewable unless they aren't compatible with iOS 7. Try rebooting your iPad and then when you're back to your home screen, place your finger in the center of the screen and swipe down to bring up the spotlight search. Type in the name of the calculator app to locate it. Once located, tap on it to open it. If it doesn't open, delete it and then re-install it.
