Keychain

Hi all, sorry to be asking what is probably a daft question but here goes.
I updated to 7.0.3 last night on my iPad 2 and my iphone 5 and want to know how I access keychain and how I use it? I can't find any settings for it and doing really understand the method for using it. I use a windows 8 PC so fully understand that it will be no use there but am wondering if it is only useful if I have a mac.

I just set up keychain for my iPad 2 and 5S

Settings>iCloud>Keychain turn on keychain and follow any instruction prompts.

Then you have to set up safari for passwords and auto fill

Settings>Safari>passwords & auto fill. Turn on use contact info names and passwords credit cards go to saved credit cards to set that up.

Websites where you put in passwords will be saved in the keychain credit cards also on both devices.

I'm using it now on just my iPhone and iPad not my Mac.
