Best calendar app with time zone support?

Does anyone know what the best calendar app with time zone support such as the one in iOS 7 has? I don't like the apple one and am looking for a replacement

I'm talking about when setting events, I can set it in either pacific, central, or Eastern time.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Sunrise is an amazing calendar app that supports time zones. I will never use a different calendar application. I love it.

It's free and the closest to stock calendar app there is.. and has time zone stuff.

I have tried pretty much all of them (Sunrise, Tempo, Cal by any.do, Readdle, etc) and I always make my way back to Fantastical. Great interface and natural language support for adding events. Only thing that bugs is DOES NOT support notifications so you get notifications from the stock calendar app.

Don't go and buy Fantastical right now though, they are due a paid ios 7 upgrade any day now. Version 2 is supposed to support notifications by the way. Finally!?!
