iOS 7 question

I have an iPhone phone and recently upgraded to 7. I have my apps in several groups, news, sports, etc. in the old iOS when I closed an app down the group would stay open and I could close it with either the home button or by swiping up. Now it seems the only way to close that group is by clicking the home button. Am I missing something? Thanks.

That?s how it works in iOS 7... you can also close the folder by tapping on the screen outside of the folder.

Ah thanks! I didn't try that. I just try to minimize the use of the home button as much as I can. Thanks again.
