Iphone 4 and iOS 7 Video Playback

I have been watching some videos lately on YouTube, and and points in the video, it will get stuck on frames and stay there for about 5 sec. Then go to another one, and it repeats it about 5 times and then playback resumes as normal. It might do this 3-4 times per video. Also, the audio stays the same as of it were normal. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks, Beatty

you might have to do a full restore no backup no nuthing a clean slate. Somthings no matter how good you are at building stuff like this get left behind and breaks things this might be the case if you did the OTA
