Problem with in call menu

Anyone else having a problem with placement of the in call menu ? I keep hitting mute or dial buttons, I have had several important calls where I am talking but I had muted my phone and had to call the person back because the thought I hung up on them.

Anyone have any idea if the placement can be changed or are we stuck with it?

I'm not having any problems accidentally muting a call and I'm unaware of a way to change the placement of the feature.

I just did that today for the first time, but I've made plenty of calls since upgrading, so it doesn't seem like a huge issue.

I done it about 15 times since upgrading to iOS 7. Other then that love the new system.
Guess I will invest in a good Bluetooth head set.
