    Anyone else see this...

Starting since iOS7, in the Videos app, under TV Shows (in my case looking at Continuum Season 2), I move the slider from HD to SD (no point watching an HD show on my non-retina iOS devices), see the episode price change from $2.99 to $1.99, purchase a show, and then I see the slider switch back to HD (on its own); the prices don't change however. Now if I look at my purchases, iTunes Store shows that I bought the HD show, and charged me $2.99!

Apple is very good about helping correct a mistake. I'd give them a call and see what they can do for you.

Yes, they are; they have already refunded me the overcharges, and forwarded the matter for further investigation. I was just wondering whether anyone else is experiencing the same problem.

I just noticed this problem too. I always purchase SD and noticed today I was charged for three HD shows that I know I purchased in SD. I reviewed several iTunes receipts and I can definitely trace it back to my ios7 upgrade. I have "Reported a Problem" via my iTunes receipt and received confirmation that someone will be in touch within 48 hours. Was there a specific number you called or did you report a problem via email too? This is the ONLY thread on such a problem, which I think is odd.
