How to get iOS 7 on iPad 3

I am not a developer, hence I haven't been able to find anything relevant...

Register as a developer... or use a search engine to find one of the many sites that offer instructions on how to install without being a developer on a phone and use a similar process on the iPad with an ipsw for your model iPad... which you can also find via search engines...

Better yet, just wait. iOS 7 will be released to the public shortly. Why chance borking your iPad with an illegal download? Patience, patience, patience.
