4s on 6.1.2 and need to rejailbreak

My 4s on 6.1.2 is acting quite flakey at the moment. Can I jailbreak my phone again with 6.1.2? I haven't downloaded the latest update from iTunes yet. I have to keep my jailbreak but I need to restore. What are my opinions?

Restoring thru iTunes won't do it. You'll be stuck on 6.1.3. Use semi-restore to preserve your jailbreak.

Do you have SHSH blobs saved to do a restore to 6.1.2?

I think i did save them. How do i verify that?

You can use the latest version of redsn0w or tiny umbrella. Redsn0w is extras->blobs then verify, remote. Tiny umbrella will tell you what you saved, but will not check the validity of the blobs like redsn0w will.

EDIT: You have a 4S. You cannot restore to anything but 6.1.3.

4S CANNOT downgrade, even with blobs saved.

semi-restore or "ilex rat" in cydia. those are your two options. they'll get you as close to restored as you can get on a jailbroken device. if you actually restore, you won't be jailbreaking anytime soon.
