Siri missing in my iOS7 beta 5

I opted not to install Siri on my iOS7 beta 5 initially and now would like to install but can't seem to locate it anywhere...can anyone provide some guidance?

You need to enable Siri... Settings>> General>> Siri>> toggle the top switch to where is shows green...

Thanks, but unfortunately that was the problem, it wasn't there...where it should have been.

I found it in Settings>>General>>Restrictions>>Siri, since I didn't include with my initial iOS 7 install, it must have turned off all the way down at Restrictions and never made it up to the main General...thanks, it made me keep digging!
