iphone 4 badly stuck in reboot loop.

Hi .
its been 4 days my iphone4 stuck in reboot loop(apple logo comes disapear).
i tried to update and restore from itunes after downloading the ios 6.1.3, it gave error 21.note my iphone is not jailbroken ever.
then i tried tiny umbrella tss server to bypass apple server and done editing in host file,itunes gave error 1601 while restoring with custom IOS 6.1.
i tried redsnow ,it stuck in waitng for reboot while restoring.
tiny umbella and redsnow are not able fetch shsh blobs from my iphone4,so i dont have shsh bolbs saved on my pc.
i try downloding diff-diff ios softwares(.ipsw) files no one could get installed .
i am not able to save shsh blobs of my phone .

i dont know where to go...please help me..:broken-heart:

Try putting your iPhone 4 in DFU mode. If you do not know how to put your device in DFU mode, follow the instructions via either of the following links.

I suppose you have confused me because since you indicate you have never jailbroken your phone then it now sounds like instead of trying to follow the direction that the Moderator gave you provided by several links, Why are you now trying to JB your phone to try and circumvent his advice?
