Ios 7 beta's syncing problems

I don't know what is the problem but everytime I do a fresh restore. I cannot install apps and songs. It automatically says CANCELLING SYNC. Please help me how to fix this. Do I need to reinstall iTunes on my laptop?

what you need to do is a hard reboot and try again. just hold both lock/sleep and home button for 10 sec then the apple logo should come up. then go to itunes and sync what you want.

I had the same issue with the public release. Doing a hard reset seemed to resolve the issue on my 4s. Thanks for the tip.
