ipod touch 4g ios 6.1.3! HEELP

Hello people i just want to throw this out there that i sadly updated to 6.1.3 with my ipod touch 4th generation, and i really want to jailbreak my ipod please help me! Do i have to downgrade my firmware? yes? THAN HOW! :crying:

and list everything you have to offer it helps me on my quest to "fix" my ipod
