Trouble with Restart 5th Generation iTouch on iOS 7 Beta 2

I recently updated my 5th Generation iTouch to iOS 7 Beta 2, and everything was going smoothly until I tried to turn off the power. The ipod turned off successfully, but when I try to restart, I see the apple logo, the screen goes black, and then the logo pops back up and the cycle repeats. This has happened for the last day for me, and it has caused my ipod to run out of charge twice. I was wondering if anyone else had experienced the same issue or had a solution. Thanks!

Same thing happened to me. Have you found any way to bypass this problem ? In my case I let it cycle few time until I decided to put IOS7 beta 1 back. If you or somebody find any way to fix this please tell me. thank you
