Yes

All these will need to be registered.

OS 7 beta supports iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (5th gen), iPad 2, iPad with Retina display, and iPad mini.

Theoretically, yes... but one could try the same install method used to install iOS7 on the iPhone without benefit of a registered UDID and have it work just the same... and do so totally at your own risk...

Not necessary. I have it running on and iPad 4th Gen wifi-only. Downloaded the IPSW and SHIFT + UPDATEd in iTunes.

I played 2 days with iOS7 Beta 2 on my iPad 4, it is still buggy, choppy and not a daily driver yet, so today i reverted back to iOS 6.1.3. This was possible without a develloper account/UDID registration just like with the iPhone.

Same can be said of a wifi iPad3... tried it - restored to 6.1.3 as well...

That?s why it?s a beta release...

I already know it is a beta release, i clearly said iOS 7 beta 2 if you read my post i only stated that it is possible to install/uninstall without dev or udid registration and that it cannot be used as a daily driver in this release.
