Devices getting iOS 7 - iPhone 4, iPhone 4S and iPhone 5, as well as the iPad 2, iPad 3 with Retina display, iPad 4 with Retina display and the iPad mini. Fifth-generation iPod touch. All other devices will have to stick with iOS 6.

To clarify, the first gen, original iPad will not stick with iOS 6 - iOS 5 was the end of the line for the iPad.

Yes 4 and 4s will but will be limited features compared to iPhone 5 and the next generation iPhone
