ISO 6.1.3 Jailbreak for Ipad 2?

If I remember, the exploits that the people behind JBs found are holding on to those so they can JB iOS7.

And 6.1.3 patched the one they used for 6.0-6.1.2 so that is why there is no jailbreak.

Think of it as similar to trying to sneak into a party. You and your friends find a successful way in. After security notices you crashed the party, they review the tape and see how you pulled off your trick. The next time you try, there's a security guard posted where you were successful the first time. Obviously, this will no longer work. You need to find something else.

Now, let's say you find something, but the only parties coming up shortly aren't all that big. But, a little ways out is a CRAZY party that you want to make sure you get a chance to attend. Do you give away the way you've found to crash parties for the little party or do you wait for the big one?

Not a legit jailbreak. There are no untethered 6.1.3/6.1.4 jailbreaks (and there likely never will be one.)
