Call bar vs full screen pic

Some of the calls I get the contact picture takes up the full screen and some are just a bar at the top with the callers info on the left and the pic on the right. I'm not sure why this is or how to change between the two. I can find anything in the settings or the contact card to switch. Anyone have an idea if I want it to be one way or the other I switch it?

Make sure you use a pic on your iPhone to associate with the contact, rather than bringing it in from, say, Google.

I'm not sure that is the issue in my case since everyone of my contact pics are from an iCloud backup. I don't have any of the pics local on my phone. I've only noticed this since the last update to 6.1.4. Before that thy were all showing up full screen!

Do you have your contacts to sync with Facebook on?
