How to move 1st notification without moving the stacked notification spot?

If someone could help me out, I will be extremely grateful. I want to move the 1st notification I get higher but still keep my stacked notification at the same spot. with Bar LCD, it seems as if the 2 things are interdependent, and changing the Bar LCD dimensions moves the location of both of them. Is there any way to move the 1st notification without affecting the stacked notification?

Whoops, just replied to your PM about this. I don't know of a way to move that up, just down. Have you tried messing with the circle radius in JellyLock?
