New "SemiRestore" Tweak: Restore Without Losing Jailbreak

From LiveWire developer CoolStar, SemiRestore promises to give users a way to restore their devices without losing their jailbreak. It's still in development but if it works as promised?allowing users to restore to their current firmware without losing their jailbreak?it should be a great tool for helping people preserve their jailbreak when experiencing boot loops or other issues. i clicked this link and it said 60% does that mean its not ready yet? mine is still stuck in a boot loop even after deleting those cashes do i have to delete mobile substrate also?

If you search on boot loop it mentions two cashes to delete i deleted those two and even tried the volume up while re booting and it diddnt help my phone was in a boot loop for 6 hours i gave up and restored and updated
