On my android, I have an app called MyMotospeak that automatically reads incoming texts to my bluetooth, ear buds or external speaker when they come into my phone without me having to touch either my phone, earbuds or bluetooth.
Is there any such app for a jailbroken iPhone? I have searched and it does not appear to be available for unbroken iPhones so I am hoping it is available for jailbroken iPhones. I want an app like this for my mom's iPhone. MyMotospeak isn't available for iPhones.
This truly handsfree text to speech feature is very nice to have while driving.
