LSFlatAlerts: Stacked Notifications Only at Lock Screen

I know more than a few jailbreakers have been looking for something like this: LSFlatAlerts will disable the initial lockscreen popup, sending all notifications to the secondary, stacked notification list. To use it, add this repo to your Cydia sources:

Basically. But it's one of those things a lot of themers have requested because it lets them still get notifications without having them block the middle of the screen/wallpaper.
