First home screen: no folders (except one named "useless"), and mostly the apps that it came with.

Second home screen: first row: four folders with different utility apps, and the rest of the page with my most used and favorite games.

Third home screen: ten folders with the rest of my games in them.

I have 285 on the phone at the moment. That's actually on the light side though because I culled a bunch a couple of weeks ago before installing the beta because I didn't want to have to restore an even bigger number. But I'm a bit of an app hoarder. I get lots of apps when they are temporarily free just in case I need them someday.
