Apps don't work after reset

Sorry if this has been posted before. Before the jailbreak, all my apps worked. But after the update, some apps won't work. I click on the icon and it does nothing. Any ideas? Got all the new updates by the way.

There are some app developers that are now writing their apps such that they do not function on jailbroken devices.

Give examples of what worked before, and now does not.
