Theme Won't Work

Hello, I'm having a issue with themes on my iPad Mini. I've tried two through Cydia and when I enable them in Winterboard and respring there's no change.

I made sure they are Winterboard and not dreamboard themes. Also tried summer board turned on as well. I've tried Ayecon and Joku (SP)

Which themes are u trying to install?? Need to make sure they are compatible with ur OS and that u are dl'ing the correct version and not an iPad or iPad mini version.

I tried Ayecon since it says it's compatibly with all iPads, I have a iPad mini btw

Ayecon requires a Retina display which iPad mini doesn't have.

In description for Ayecon it states compatible on all iPads. Even at the bottom says ipad 1, 2 & Retina.

Correct no other themes running and not in safe mode.

I finally got one to work, Boss. Too bad Jaku or Ayecon aren't working I'd prefer those
