SBSettings is still the most useful one in my opinion. I use it mainly to toggle my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and for quick resprings/reboots.
I also love Multiiconmover. It allows you to move multiple apps at a time.

I heard great reviews on IntelliScreenX and installed it. It is great BUT...I can not fiqure out how to NOT lock my screen when using IntelliScreenX and Google Maps. I do not want mt screen to lock while in Maps. is there a way to do this that i have not discovered?

The tweak is called animate, but I'm not sure if it is iOS 6 compatible.

alarming - set a default alarm volume regardless of what volume you have phone currently on

I think SwipeBack has proven to be a great tweak for iPhone 5 users since the back button is a little harder to reach... Instead you can just swipe from the left side of the screen where it feels comfortable.

I come from years of Android use. I love the stability and simplicity of iOS and prefer Google apps. Plus, the iPhone 5 hardware is amazing as well!
IMO, running native Google for iOS apps on an iPhone is the way to go.

Alright guys,

It's that time again. Since the evasi0n jailbreak is alive and well and the response was so tremendous, we've got LOTS of people out there that are new to jailbreak running around with iPhone 5's and iPad minis.

What are the best tweaks for them to download? We'll be compiling a best jailbreak apps post soon and I'd, as always, love you guys' input before finalizing that list.

iPhone:

IBlacklist - Can prevent any call from going to voicemail or even ringing your phone unlock Apple's Do Not Disturb
Adblocker - Blocks ads in Safari as well as many ads in aps.
3G Unrestrictor - Gets around the 100MB download limit while on cellular. Fools streaming apps into thinking you are on WiFi so you get the full sound or video quality.

3G Unrestrictor - useful on the iPad only if you have the cellular/wifi version
Skiplock - When you press the wake/home button, there is no slide to unlock screen. It just goes right to the desktop ready to use.

I did have a bug on my iPhone using Skiplock where I kept getting the ding sound like new mail was coming in but I could not stop the sound. Removing Skiplock on the phone solved the problem which is why I didn't recommend it for the phone. I also could not stop an alarm from snoozing.
