Unlocking taking several days

I went to a store in NYC area to get my iPhone 4 unlocked which is locked to the Entel PCS network. I went in Thursday around 3pm and was told around 24hrs but it's now going on day 4 if you count the weekend. How long would this usually take? Should I be concerned?

I would contact them again to make sure they put through the unlock. It should only take a day at most. I am guessing you got the confirmation from AT&T and did the restore on your iPhone already.

It's not an AT&T iPhone, it's from Entel PCS

Entel will take several business days especially if you get it through me. Like we previously talked earlier. If I can't unlock it your money will be refunded 100%
