Not noticing anything, really. Been on it for an hour and a half.
I'm trying to view the change log on my developer account, but,
I keep getting a browser error.

Even tho I'm not a developer but i have beta 3 it still offered update to beta 4 odd when I was doing the betas for iOS 6 I had to do it manually

Wifi still sucking on my iPhone 5 after 6.1 b4 install... Both home and work networks. iPad mini noticeably better wifi performance (and it's wifi only model).

The problem might be my ip5... Might be time to change...

I've seen on some of the blogs that it could be released by the end of the year though unlikely since we are six days away from that.

Maybe with the change in iOS design leadership, Apple's looking at 6.1 as a true stopgap (no major upgrades) while they put more effort into a significantly revamped iOS 7. That's my best guess at least.

Need to get off their collective asses and give us multiple profiles. They will make us wait till iOS 7, which is crazy.

what is happening to Apple..?

I think they spent much time and energy trying to distance themselves
from Google in iOS 6. I really think that played a big factor. We'll know
if this is true with iOS 7.
