NEED HELP PLEASE... my cydia is deleted...

can somebody help me please...
i've accidentaly deleted my cydia...
how can I get it back?

someone says i can restore to IOS 5.1.1 and re-jailbreak...
but someone told me that iphone 4s cannot be restore to 5.1.1, the only IOS can be restore now is 6.0.1
which one is right??

and if I can't restore to IOS 5.1.1, than how can I have my cydia back?

anyone please help me...

i was trying to delete some tweaks that make my messages error..
then i delete tweaks cydelete from cydia...
than my iphone start respring...
after that, my cydia turn to get deleted along with cydelete.... DAMN !!
can someone help me please??? really really need help...

You have to download Cydia from a PC and SSh it into your phone. Google the procedure. Also if your blobs were saved you can restore 5.1.1. You just can't go to iOS 6 an come back to 5.1.1.
