You can download themes from Cydia that include that particular wifi or signal meter style. I have a couple that are like that but I override it with my stars and Razorbacks signal meter.

To get it to say boss, you'll need to install FakeCarrier from Cydia. You can change the carrier name to whatever you want it to say. Mine says iGinger right now.
