1) remove both: ultrasnow and ultrasnow fixer
2) remove simcard
3) just boot with redsnow
4) install only ultrasnow (dont install fixer!!!)
5) insert simcard
6) "just boot" with redsnow again
7) done

p.s i dont know why u need fixer but u can install it now..

THIS worked !! very simple yet! perfect!!!
mine is 3gs iOS 6.1.3 baseband is 06.15.00

i took homeboy's advice and tried out HandcentSMS, and it worked PERFECT!! a lot more options for my texting now too. i'm ecstatic. created an account on here just to share. HANDCENTSMS ON CYDIA! easiest and best fix option, period. Thanks for your help, dude!! ill never have to worry about another sms fix again. Very Grateful!!!!!1:laughing::rotfl::biggrin:

Have you tried a reboot? Is your phone unlocked and running on an unofficial carrier? Is it jailbroken?

i tried to upgrade a jailbreaked iphone 3gs but then my screen turned black , no iphone logo or anything . i dont have any knowledge how either to down grade it or fix it . all my photos and other memories are stuck in there . please help mate..
