Jailbroken 4s running on iOS 5.1.1...can it be restored from an iPhone 4 backup?

I missed my jailbreak terribly, so I traded my iPhone 4 for a used jailbroken 4s running on 5.1.1
My iPhone 4 was jailbroken, then upgraded to iOS6, then downgraded back 5.1.1, then upgraded to iOs 6 again, then I realized I was stuck with it :(

My question is how can I load everything from my 4 back onto my new 4s on iTunes? I don't want to risk backing it up and being stuck with iOS 6 again!

I had no awareness about blobs, ssh, tinyumbrella etc prior so am I stuck?

All answers appreciated, thanks! :)

Load everything....do u mean like apps? Just transfer them from iTunes or restore from a backup. No need to update to do that.

Everything: apps, photos, imessages etc...but I want to keep my jailbreak!
If I restore it from the iOS6 will I automatically be updated and lose my jailbreak?

You cannot restore a backup from an newer os to an older one. It cannot be done, sorry.

Your only option is to sync apps over, then use an app like the IPhone Backup Extractor to manually re-add your saved data.
