Is there any tweak that will give me new lockscreen images from the interestingness feed in Flickr or something like that? I'd like there to be a new awesome image from the Internet as my lock screen every so often.

You don't need to be jailbroken to do that. Download lock slideshow from app store and done. BTW, it's free
