Need Help Restoring after Ipad Baseband Downgrade

I am trying to upgrade my iphone 3gs with a new bootrom from ios 5.0 to 5.1.1, The baseband was upgraded to the ipad baseband then downgraded to the 05.13.04 baseband.Every time I try and restore through itunes it gives me error 3194. I have tried to edit the host file, updating itunes, creating a custom ispw through sn0wbreeze. I'm stuck...help....thanks

Well you have to use a custom try making one in redsnow then use dfu mode shift restore
