Unable to move alarms within Clock app on latest ipad

Is this a known bug? When trying out the new IOS6 clock app on my new ipad I am unable to move any of my alarms left or right to move the alarm to a different day. i can move the alarm up and down to set it earlier or later in the day but it remains locked to just the one day.

After lots of frustrated jiggling i've managed to make it jump left from Friday to thursday but have been unable to repeat it more than just the once.
