Can I unlock iPhone 4 04.08.11?

I understand that it cannot be unlocked through Gevey Sim, Ultrasn0w etc. Is there any way I can unlock it through a paid service? I dont want to spend anymore than ?30. Can you recommend any?

If you have a friend that has an AT&T account, you could try getting them to ask AT&T to unlock it for you. If not, then there are services that can remotely unlock your iPhone but they are pretty expensive IMO.
