PLS HELP ME HOW TO RUN XCODE APP ON ipod/iphone?

i just built a simple application in xcode 4.3.2 and it work smooth
now i want to run it on the iphone and im not going to pay 99$ just for test it -.-
how i can run the application from my xcode on my ipod touch ?

I have downloaded ideb as u said but I don't know how to use it can u post here some tutorial how to convert my Xcode 4.3.2 app to my jailbreak iPod touh 4g iOS 5.0.1 ?
