Wipe Cache?

I have the iwatchtv app and it's a blank white screen I waited for 30 minutes for it to load and it did not. I resprung tried hard reset as well as soft should I wipe cache? Would that fix the problem?

You could also try reinstalling the app. Cache wiping is useful if you get a blank icon. If you get a white screen when launching an app, that's usually a different issue.
