Volume all screwy...

Jailbroken 4s on 5.0.1 .. I have:

Android Lockscreen
Androidlock xt
App locker
Assistant extensions
Cascade
Fake carrier
Gridlock
Infinidock
Intelliscreen x
MarkThatMessage
Miwi 5
Poof
Shrink

Installed.

Every now and then the volume on my phone is at full volume, despite what the speaker popup says. I've tried to separate the ringer and sounds by unselecting it in the Settings, but that doesn't work. It usually resolves itself, but sometimes takes a reboot to fix. Has any one else experienced this? Could one or more of the things I have installed be doing it?

I have heard other people complain about the volume randomly changing for some notifications. I doubt it's an issue with the jailbreak since these are stock users.

I think I've had the issue when an app changes the volume, but doesn't apply it globally, so when you exit it, the volume changes are reverted.
