5.0.1 iphone multitasking gestures

Hey,

I got my iPhone jailbroken for a while now and checked the "enable multitasking gestures" thing in redsnow. However, they don?t work although they are in my preferences. I didn?t worry much but my home button is dying slowly and I would like to give it some rest once in a while

Now can I just run redsnow again and hope it will work this time without losing my jailbreak? is there a tweak in cydia that does it for me?
