A call ring/vibrate tweak?

Basically I am looking for a tweak that will allow me to toggle an option where everything on my phone will vibrate for notifications except phone calls which would ring. Main thing is when I had a BB I would have that option on for my phone wouldn't wake me up unless work or someone was calling. Now though I either leave it on and wake up with texts all day or leave on vibrate where I don't hear it and miss phone calls,

I use ringerxvip for this sort of thing. Use the mute switch to silence everything then tell ringerxvip what or who to allow.
