Add fnetdesigns.com/cydia/repo to cydia. Install Theme outlet. Its under shop for themes.

OS X Lion is in the insanelyi repo

It is in the insanelyi repo for what appears to be free. This is why forums are better than google searches lol. ^^thanks! Wish it worked on iPad though.
