How to downgrade 4s

I'm currently on iOS 5.1 beta 3. Who's do I downgrade my iPhone 4s to 5.0.1?

Trade it in for one still in 5.0.1..maybe because it's still in beta you can restore as new pointing to the 5.0.1 firmware...

Not looking to trade in for a refurb just to downgrade. I know apple is still signing the 5.0.1 but I'm not sure it iTunes will allow me and if I need to follow a certain process.
