can someone confirm if Activator will let you use NC while in Lockscreen?

just another reason why ISX is a good tweak!

I don't see it as an option in Activator, and when I tried to set it in the Anywhere panel I didn't seem able to use it at the LS. I'm guessing you can't get it unless it's integrated into a jb app like ISX or Lockinfo?

I have spent at least three hours looking around in ifile for the notification center application... But I don't think it's actually an app... And I THINK it's called bulletins....
But again, I'm not sure...
