Hi I currently have an iphone4 with 4.3.3 04.10.01 factory unlocked jailbroken, now that an untethered jailbreak is out I want to update to 5.01. But Im always reading about preserving Ur baseband, should I be concerned about that or just update my phone?

Also I wanted to know is there way to update n when I re jailbreak my phone that I get back all my cydia apps without downloading them one by one?

IDK about preserving a baseband.
I went from 4.3.3 jailbroken, to 5.0.1 and I haven't had a problem.

Also, there is an app on cydia called "aptbackup" (or something similar) that backs up all of your cydia apps and allows you to restore them all.

Since your iPhone is factory unlocked, you won't ever in your iPhone's lifetime need to worry about preserving your baseband.
