Hi.

Currently, my wife's iphone with AT&T is about to expire. She plan to get another phone, and have data plan for 2 years. I intend to use her iphone but don't want to be stuck with any data plan. Hence I want to unlock this iphone 4 which currently sits at baseband 2.10.04 and ios 4.1.

What is the best way to proceed? I read everywhere that baseband 2.10.04 and ios 4.1 can't be unlock. So what method can i use to be able to jailbreak and unlock this iphone? Or i'm stuck waiting until developers come up with a solution? Can i update baseband to something else and update to get it to the right baseband and ios to use the unlock programs?
