Well if I am not mistaken all applications and tweaks that work for iOS 5.0 will work for iOS 5.0.1.

With that said, here are a few that I find really useful:

OpenNotifier (have to use a different repo, i like their icons better)

thats a negative on the pandora skips.
i never added an extra repo and it had just plain old pandora skips.
i have a video about every 25-30 skips.

i have both installed on an iphone 4 and on an ipod touch 4th gen.

The pandora skips that BLiNK first provided does that. The skips I refer to is what you install after adding the xsellize repo in the sources. I haven't gotten any video ads.

Yes it does. It's out of beta & available in Cydia. There are 2 options so make sure you select version 4.x. The description clearly states iOS 5 supported.

Should be under Settings-Lockinfo-Plugins. Been a while since I've been jailbroken, but that should do it.
