Ok wanted to share my videos on how to jailbreak 5.0.1 untethered or how to untether your current 5.0.1 tethered jailbreak.

First video we'll look at as if you are already jailbroken on 5.0.1, shows you how to install the corona jailbreak

This works on the iPad, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPod Touch 3G, iPod Touch 4G on iOS 5.0.1

This second video is for people who are not currently jailbroken and on 5.0.1.
This works on the iPad, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPod Touch 3G, iPod Touch 4G on iOS 5.0.1

Any word if when it comes to the 4s if it'll be 5 or 5.0.1? Just trying to figure out if I should update before apple stops signing it.

It will first be for 5.0.1 then 5.0 (like the non A5 devices).

You don't know that at all!!!

I was feeling optimistic after Dev team blog said they were working on a 5.0 untethered jailbreak for non A5 devices as well.

It doesn't make sense that they would come out with 5.0 untether for A5 and then a 5.0.1 untether for A5.

The issue from reading other blogs is that the inject method (Geohot limera1n exploit) to install untether jb for non-A5 devices doesnt work for A5 devices. This issue is hardware.

The actual jailbreak exploit for 5.0.1 is software based.

Ok, so what do I know. I have been reading a lot of blogs, forums and twitters trying to understand it all.
