Specifically the untethered jailbreak! It LITERALLY is killing me to know that it exists, is stable and finished!!!

You need to think long term. Exploits are harder and harder to come by, so the devs can't release JB tools left and right. I know I'm in the minority for saying this, but the more sensible thing to do in this case is to wait for the release of iPad 3 and JB all devices at once.
